You know what's wrong with tray type cargo protectors? The edges. Every time you have to put something on them you need to lift it over that lip. if you sit on the edge of your hatch you bend down the lip and it stays "bent" forever. If you spill something liquid it will stay on the mat but also slosh over everything that's on the mat. These mats have no edge so stuff slides in and out no problem. the little hexagons contain your spill to one area and keep your stuff for sitting in it. The material is hard and stuff slides on it, good for loading not good for travel, so secure the objects in place. The company CALLED ME to make sure they knew exactly which Mercedes GLE I had (coup or SUV) and sent it out THAT DAY. Perfect fit.. couldn't be happier.

Before: The two back-set floor mats don't match the size of the OEM mats, the length is almost 2.5 inches short. Attached with pictures. I have to say sorry for leaving the initial comment above. TOUGHPRO contacted me very quickly after seeing my message, I replied about 10 days later. Steven was very nice, firstly he suggested me to switch the mats (left-to-right, and right-to-left) and turn them 90-degree. But after all, Steven agreed to make two new mats for free, and asked me to send him the real size of my OEM mats. When I came home and drew the size on newspaper, I turned around the mats and found that they were the exact same size of OEM ones, and fitted very well. I remembered I did install the mats in different directions, but I still put them in the wrong way. Again, I apologize to give a 2-star at first by my own mistake. I am happy to see I have bought the good products at the end, plus TOUGHPRO's customer service, a definitely 5-star.

Fits my 2018 Mercedes GLE 350 perfectly, looks custom made. Quality, thick, heavy rubber with channels that will contain spills. Looks and fits better than the more expensive tray type liners. Fast shipping. An overall terrific purchase, 100% satisfied.

I like these way these look as in they are pretty plain and do not have a logo on them however the ABSOLUTELY DO NOT FIT!! They are way too small for the back seat and not the right shape. They are also not the correct shape for the drivers side.

Look like good quality and heavy, no strong smell. I have a 2020 GLE350. Only the passenger side mat fits well. Need to trim driver side. And two for the back are way too small. Since I trimmed a piece I won’t bother to return. It’s better on price compare to true custom ones, while better fit than generic on the market. I wish them at least last a while.
