i have a small head. will the hold on a small head?

I have s small head also. If it is too lax.one of the good things with the pro is you can knot it at the top to get the the tightness you need.

Looks like most of these reviewers got their product for free, how does that happen?

My product was NOT free. I purchased the product, and use the product often. It works very well for me, and I highly recommend it.

elastic band holds on facial tape refill

I didn't get the refill one, the one I ordered the band and tape were all one piece. I personally couldn't get the tapes to stick for more than a minute and when I did all it did was wrinkled up the skin close to the tape and didn't "lift" anything. I found it really hard to work with and no matter how careful I tried to be the tape stuck to my hair while I was trying to position the bands. After ruining about 5 bands (not to mention losing hair) I gave up as my arms ached so bad from trying to get them to work. I threw the rest away - for me it was a complete waste of my money.

How do you apply make up with these?

Hello, the area the tapes adhere to must be free of oil or makeup as noted in the instructions. Makeup can then be applied over the tapes once they are adhered. Thank you.
