I love this tape. I use it for my achy wrists, knees and shoulders. I also use it for my edema when my legs swell up with fluid.

Adheres very well! I love the size of the strips. This was my second order, and I wanted to be sure that I got the same. For me, Kinesio tape helps combat the muscle spasms I often get at night in my legs. Thank you!

Works pretty well

I use the tape for aches and pains. I have bad arthritis in both hands and this tape helps ease the pain. I don't know how it works but I get relief from my stiff, sore hands. I get pain in my shoulders and neck and this magical tape helps me so much! The only thing I don't like is that as soon as it gets wet, it comes off. That's because I use it in my hands. But if you use it where it won't get wet constantly, it lasts for a few days. At any rate, it helps me quite a bit! I'm grateful I found this type of help.

Good product. Works as intended.

I bought some inexpensive tape and then purchased this. The cheap stuff works, but it does not flex or hold like the K. I am wearing a cast on my finger for 8 weeks, so I have some experience with this tape.

Buyer beware. What you get does not look like the picture in the description. You do get the 1.5in by 5m but the picture is for the 2.5in by 5m. Little annoyed by that. Returned.

I'm going through shoulder physical therapy for my shoulder after a fall. My physical therapist taped my upper arm/shoulder, and it helped. I bought this tape and it worked. Activities that brought pain before bring less now. The tape lasts 4-5 days before starting to curl around the edges, even through showers.
