Saved me from purchasing a new impact. Couple of minutes and had it swapped. Don’t throw away your impact wrench if the drive end breaks. First submit back to the manufacturer for warranty. Then if needed order this piece and swap it yourself. Anyone can do it very easily. Perfect fit.

Make sure the shaft size is correct
Fit perfectly and made the tool useful again.Compare different listing's for how the socket is retained, this is the pin style and another listing is hog ring style.

High Quality Replacement Part
I installed one of these in my 1 year old 1/2" Dewalt Impact gun and that has been 3 years ago and this one has never broke. I use it to install 3/4" anchor bolts into concrete and let it hammer till the 1 1/8" nut stops turning. I have used on over 800 anchors and still going strong. I purchased another one lately just for backup.

Cheaply made
This part didn't last long on my 1/2 dewalt impact maybe 1 hr tops. Wouldn't recommend.
