The coat is stunning! The coat is so nicely made it made this purchase worth the money. The blue color is rich and the fabric is velveteen feeling. I like it so much I'll probably keep it as a keep sake for my son. My child wore this for his 5th grade presentation and it was a hit. However, the hat comes flattened and wrinkled and the wig is a big wild with curls on top (think Einstein). The pants came home from school with the fabric torn and pulled from the velcro of the boots tugging at the fabric of the pants. I ordered a hat and a wig from another listing before ordering this costume and was happy I did for a more structured hat and flatter hair.

Got it for the school event as Washington costume for 10yo boy. Before ordering, I compared the measurements from the spec to my boy and all were matching 8yo except one for length. I decided to go with a larger 10yo version just in case. My boy is average height (50% height and weight for his age) and the size 10 (150) was a bit too large for him in width but perfect in length. He looked dashing, and loved the costume. The jacket is soft and great quality, all seams are well done, all buttons in place. The only item that did not fit well enough was the "boots" - the velcro on the back kept opening up in the lower part. I wished it was a tad wider. Overall, very impressed with the costume!

Costume is stitched well, good color scheme, decent material - definitely a better quality costume than the typical felt material Halloween getup. Wig is a nice bonus as well!!The sizing is off, quite a bit, which was my main disappointment. Ordered size 8/140 for 10yr who has a perfect/athletic build, not underweight, not thick/husky at all who appropriately wears US size 8-10 for his height. This unit was loose AF. While the jacket length (including arms) was appropriate - the suit body would have better supported a size 14 husky. The sizing table is not accurate or helpful, so the vendor needs to make some changes to the advertisement. The cravat is also not properly sized and doesn't' sit properly in the flowy suit. It either needs some snaps to attach it to the jacket or needs to be redesigned altogether because it's not enough material and too long a neck string. It literally hangs misaligned to the suit like a ill fitted handkerchief. Giving it 4-stars, because overall it does the job for school projects/theatre, however requires some adjustments. Given it's not a 12.99 costume - I expect it to fit as it should with all the pieces falling precisely as the picture describes and it doesn't do that, so please makes some loops on improving the product.

Great quality fabric. It's been 4 months and all of the costume is in great shape, including the hat and wig.

This costume was easily one of the top 2 in my daughter's class. The only part that didn't work was the "boots" --> the material was nearly too tight on my daughter who has very thin legs, but these can be swapped out for any type of boot you may already have.The outfit: The details, perfect stitching, quality of fabrics, REAL buttons, fit, etc. were EXCELLENT. This is one of the best costumes I've ever purchased, and it will be donated to the class. It has enough coverage that you don't need to buy any special shirt to wear under it. It won't show.The wig: it serves its purpose. It's a little thin, but it does the job just fine.The hat: this was slightly wonky just because it's flattened during shipping. But, it's just fine.Sizing: we bought boys 10-12 and it fit my daughter (90+ lbs, 5ft 1, very thin).

This costume worked for the most part. The jacket/vest is a nice material. Pants are super thin, but that's not a big deal. The wig was fantastic. The hat was completely flattened in shipping, and it never was able to get back to the shape it was meant to be and we didn't use the shoe/boot covers. They are a vinyl material. Overall, it worked but it was expensive for what we got and used.

My daughter needed to dress up for a school project. She’s 11 and wears size 10/12 and this fit her perfectly and it will double as her Halloween costume this year. Great purchase and great quality material.
