Saved my life!
Recently had hand surgery and developed scar tissue. Had to massage the area 3-4 times daily and my therapist recommended I get a hand massager. This product turned out to be my best friend. It was easy to use, did the trick and I didn't have to use my other hand to keep massaging the scar. 🙂🙂

IT DIED!!😡
Update: It died. I haven't used it for a couple of months. Had a second surgery, and needed to use it again. Turned it on and NOTHING! Put in new batteries right out of the package. Still NOTHING. It has literally been sitting on a shelf untouched for 2 months, and it died What kind of a product dies sitting on a shelf?$20 down the drain because I can't return it now. Might want to think twice about buying this one.Recently had surgery to repair a severed tendon in my finger. I noticed that my therapist was using one like this and decided that I could do this at home and possibly speed up my recovery. It's been great. It's exactly what I wanted. It's small enough to hold on to and manipulate, has multiple heads to get into different areas of the hand, does exactly what it's supposed to do, and was a great price. FYI, there is a clear plastic disc in the battery compartment. (should be colored so you can see it☹) YOU MUST REMOVE THIS IN ORDER FOR THE DEVICE TO WORK. This is pretty standard when batteries are included, but apparently common sense isn't all that common. For those who say it's not very powerful, it's not designed for large areas like your back, your shoulder, or even your neck. This is designed for a small area like a hand or foot, (hence the name, "Point Relief"), and it's perfect for those areas. Quite powerful for a hand.

Small enough to fit in my purse.
This little massager does the trick every time I use it. My hand muscles feel much better after each use.

Effective massager but will not always turn on about half the time.
The unit works quite well though it fails to activate when first turned on about 50% of the time. It is easily resolved by loosening the battery cover and returning it to the closed position. Just a minor irritation.

Very "handy" tool
Recent had a joint reconstructive surgery on a finger. Whilst recovering and going to PT I started to use this device to supplement softening scar tissue for better tendon glide and reduce scar adhesion. In the beginning this device was EXTREMELY helpful! Vibration was good and the selection of nibs had great variance. It worked a lot of tight or small areas I could do effectively with my other hand alone. Some downsides are it does feel very cheap and toy like. The swappable heads, the smallest one in particular, are too long and feel like they may snap with too much pressure. I would work with it 30-45min a day and the battery would last 1 week.Lastly, toward the end of my progress I desire deeper tissue relief and this isn't the device for it. Wrong tool for that kind of job which I won't fault it on. In the end, it really helped my progress despite its few flaws and I would highly recommend for light or soft tissue relief.

Great for massaging scars
I bought one of these because my OT uses one on my scars after hand and elbow surgery. I didn’t really care about the heat feature, but I chose this one because it would arrive sooner. The first one I received did I not work. You know that feeling when an electronic item doesn’t work and you wonder if it needs fresh batteries and then you wonder if you put the batteries in wrong because it must be user error, right? Nope. These things don’t necessarily work upon arrival. I had to exchange mine for another one, which worked, thank goodness. It uses a C battery and comes with one. I’ve been using mine for 10 to 15 minutes daily for about two weeks and I am still on the first battery. The heat feature is just silly. It is the metal looking tip, which the non-heat version doesn’t include. Supposedly the metal tip gets warm as you run the machine… But it doesn’t. Luckily, I was not looking for that feature, so I’m not really disappointed. But if you are excited about the heat feature, this thing isn’t really heated. Now the good stuff. This works great as a massager for scars using scar reducing oil or even just lotion it helps scar tissue, not build up inside your body, and apparently it helps them look smoother on top. It’s also helps with desensitization of the scars. My OT uses this with the round flat head, so that’s what I do too. The head attachments go on easily and come off easily. The massage heads also have rubber pieces covering them that come off easily for washing. Some of the rubber pieces aren’t cut smoothly, but I just ran a sharp blade along the edge and it took the excess material right off.So if you can be patient enough to wait until you get a working one, and you don’t care about the heat feature, this is a great little device.

Exact one that’s used at hospital
This is exactly what I was looking for- my OT uses one on me for my therapy on my injured finger. I was very surprised that it’s exactly like the one used at the hospital. It comes with 3 attachments. It says it comes with 4 however it’s only 3 heads.
