The color and size are spot on. The freshness and effectiveness is good. The only thing is the taste it’s god awful. My husband didn’t have an issue with the taste. Great value for the money.

Not jumbo
I’m sure this product is a good quality and flavorful…. As Jiva organic products always are.. but, these are advertised as jumbo size and they are some of the smallest cardamom pods. I have found. They are not jumbo. Thank you.

They do work
After chewing two before bed I noticed I didn’t constantly get up during the night to urine the nex morning my body felt so good wasn’t tired or sluggish
