This massage roller is perfect for stretching out muscles. It is very well made and very sturdy. The performed curve fits your back and leg muscles very well.

I would say - love from first time of use: really helped my pains and relieved " knots" all over the body.

Still usable, still durable, hasn’t broken yet. Overall great product. It doesn’t hurt when using it but I do see the rollers are chipping away slowly. Would I buy again? Probably not.

Comments: I bought this to massage my hamstrings because of a recent knee injury. It was a game changer. I was able to use it on myself with no difficulty and my legs feel so much better!!!

This is inexpensive easily self used (except back lol) roller. I personally use every morning and night to roll out my muscles to keep from getting restless legs and to go over lymph node areas.. believe me or not it has helped tremendously with my retention of water and “toxins” and have really helped with cramping etc in calves

I have had the wooden massage roller for a couple of months and it works! You can feel the muscles in the leg smooth out! It’s amazing, in fact, to see how such a simplistic item works so well. Worth the cost and durable.
