Will this fit a 24mm watch band?

Only on a 24mm zulu band. Anything thicker like a rubber dive strap won't work.

Is it accurate enough to use on a car dashboard?

Any magnetic compass will be affected by nearby iron, which I assume is near where you would put the compass. The ones I have received are accurate. I have compared the Sun compass with my hiking compass and both are spot on. The small size of the Sun compass just makes it harder to navigate a route, but it should do the job.

What is the warranty?

No warranty that I am aware of. Typically, if no warranty claims described by manufacturers, probably no warranty.

Does the clip come off?

Not made to come off, but could be easily cut off.
