I’m sure these would be prefect for comfort and pain but the size I got we super small. The metatarsal pads were way too low on the size I ordered. I got the 6-8 I believe. I wear a 7.5 these were too small. Might want to size up.

I broke my second metatarsal and was having trouble transitioning out of ortho boot to regular shoes due to pain with walking. I’m an ER nurse so I’m on my feet 12+hrs but had to get back to work asap. This helped a lot! I put them in my brooks tennis shoes.

I wore them for 10 days . As with anything new , you need time to get used to it . They were uncomfortable at first. As the days passed the discomfort got worse. My arch hurt so badly that I started to get a sore . By the 10th day I couldn’t take it anymore and threw them out . I went back to my original orthotics and am very happy and have comfort . I do not recommend them at all.

Finally an innersole that supports my arch enough to take the pressure off of the ball of my feet! After a lot of searching this is the deepest heel cup I was able to find. This is not a soft, cushioning innersole, but hard like a professionally-made orthotic. Some may find it too extreme, but for me it was just what I needed.

Fabulous!! I have been trying different supports for my aging very high arch for a couple years.. (High enuff I can't wear clogs)These are amazing, just perfect. They are closer to my med size heel. Others tended to be so broad at the rear that they were a problem for women's shoes.

I love these insoles! I walk a few miles daily and these insoles take the pressure off the balls of my feet.

I use these for my job, where I walk a lot. They have greatly relieved the pain in my feet, knees, legs, back and neck.

They are easy to transfer from pair of shoes rot another. I particularly like the placement of the metatarsal pad which helps me with my Morton's neuroma.
