Q: If my hoverboard is not charging what can I do?

I had to return for a refund for the hoverboard not charging. It was brand new out the box!

Q: Does it come with a charger? I really wanna get one.

It was suppose to but I never received my charger. When amazon tried to replace item "by the way it is coming from China" the item was lost in mail and never received the charger. Did not find a compatible one on Amazon so they refunded the amount. Good Luck

Q: Bluetooth doesn’t work

Wish that was our only problem - our entire unit won't turn on at all. It's been sitting in our mudroom plugged into the charger yet unable to turn on since May...was a Christmas present so lasted under 6 months. Need to just throw it out.
