I research alot, Goggle, Amazon, and ebay, I decided with the help of reviews and Amazon to get this one. With what the other customers said about what the negatives were, I decided to give this a try. Knowing it is a press your luck purchase. Not being able to touch it and the reviews. The only con about this cap would be the half inch over the ears. And with that said the only. Which is unnoticeable with my safety glasses and helmet on. This is absolutely a wonderful cap. Their is not a negative thing I can say about this. In 100 degree east coast heat this cap is so great. I will boast about this cap to everyone at work and every where I go before I get home. Ya, it doesn't come off. Thank you for making this product. I wouldn't listen to the negatives.

I really sweat a lot and these keep me from dripping everywhere. These fit close to the head, can hold my ponytail inside them. However the back is kinda loose where the stretch is. So it would fit a much larger head than mine. Overall very happy with the product

If you are looking at these, you probably already know what they are and why they are beneficial. These are great for wicking the sweat away between your forehead and hard hat. A must have if you are and all day hard hat wearer.

Looking at these reviews, it seems like they've sent several different types out. I don't know if it's the way they have them stocked in Amazon warehouses, but whoever picks them up probably just sees Ergodyne on the side and throws it in your order. Mine does have the elastic as shown but it's too big. I'm going to give these to one of my big-headed friends and order different ones for myself.

I work in a very busy OR and I have tried/bought just about every style cap out there. I have never really been fully satisfied with any of them.I bought two of these without high expectations due to their reasonable price. These caps have truly exceeded all expectations and they are my new daily wear. They are made well with a nice comfortable breathable fabric. The back stretch band is super comfortable. I will say I feel the size of these really makes them viable for people with shorter hair styles. If you have " big hair " these will not fit well. I am a guy with an average head of hair and they fit great. I like them so much I ordered a couple more ( this company has many different patterns - colors ).

Durable

I wear a 7 7/8 fitted hat and was looking for one that didn't hurt to wear long term. This works great and fits well with room to expand. Not to much tension from strap either.

My husband loved the product. He has a shaved head, has to wear a construction helmet and sweats a lot at work. This cap absorbs sweat well. It could be a bit tighter but he's satisfied overall.
