Use these every night a good product but 2 flaws: the worst flaw is that the leg material cause a lot of irritation, morphing into extreme sensitivity and itchiness, the brief also leaks down the leg occasionally, but overall fit better and is more comfortable.

I purchased 3 products for comparison, all size large. The Depend Fresh Protection was the most efficient and comfortable for me. Always Discreet Postpartum was acceptable even though I am well past pregnancy age. The Always Discreet Adult leaked through the leg opening which was disappointing and a grotesque experience.

Wish I could give this product TEN stars. It is terrific in every category. I've tried many brands. I'm an 83 year old woman with severe incontinence problems due to weakness. I don't feel comfortable peeing in my diapers-so I get up to pee. However, I HATE it when my diapers are wet, and I'm too tired to change them. I usually add one or two boosters which I remove each time I pee so I will stay dry. This diaper can absorb more pee than any other that I have tried. As a result I can use fewer boosters. They also do not smell-AND they don't have a strong irritating perfume. Next the fit. Most diapers/underwear/pants are REALLY uncomfortable. I need a high rise because otherwise the waistband presses against my bladder and is super irritating. These diapers are quite stretchy and feel soft. They don't leave marks on my skin. I could probably wear them during the day because they are not bulky.

I have tried several different Incontenence underwear. I like this product the best of all that I have tried. They hold a lot without leaking. The legs also don’t leak. They fit well and contain odors. I have finally found a product that I love!

Purchased for my elderly mother after she started using something similar recently in rehab. She likes them so far and complimented that they fit better and tighter, meaning closer to the body, then ones she tried before. Once she goes through the pack if she feels the same we’ll do a reoccurring delivery subscription.
