Indoor protection only.
This is a very light duty cover, perfect for inside storage dust and pollen protection. The zipper is a nice feature and works well. The fit on MX-5 ND convertible is not too tight, with the bottom edge about 2 inches off the floor. It is a very good value.

I Like It
For the price it’s not bad. I have a lift and full roll cage on my 2door Rubicon and it does cover almost to the ground.

Fit perfectly
For my use this was well worth the money as the car doesn’t sit outside, but want to keep dust and debris off of it. There is a zipper on the driver side so you can get in and out. I did unscrew the radio antenna for a better ferment. If this was used outside I’m I sure over time how it would hold up. I would say the materiel is more like a rain coat, thin with one center buckle. There are other tie downs, but no buckle so I tied then to the rims to just hold it in place. The reflectors are on the corners and side mirror.

Keeps the rain off but almost destroyed the paint
This cover kept the rain off my car but would balloon when there was wind and let dust collect on my car in certain places. That didn't bother me too much. What really concerned me though was the silver residue from the bottom layer of the cover left on my car's paint. It's like it kind of melted and left this coating of silver in certain places on the roof, hood and body lines of my beautiful red car after only a month. I took the cover off so we could use the car on a long trip and that's when I noticed the silver coating along the roof edges and body lines. I washed the car but the silver didn't come off. I had to use a paint cleaning product and then polish to get the residue off the paint. It took hours of work on my part to get my car's paint back to it's original condition before I used this cover. In my opinion, if I hadn't removed the cover when I did the paint on my car would have been destroyed. I will never buy another or recommend this cover.

No opening or hole for antena
I don't really like the color scheme, but its great that it has reflective areas. I could imagine in the dark, too much black on this cover might invite someone to accidentally hit the car. The fit was good and as described, and the elastic at the bottom of the front and back seems really strong with good stretch. It has three straps, but so far I have only needed one (behind rear tire) and the cover has not shifted due to catching any breeze as the fit is good with all that elastic. For any cover, straps that go under the vehicle (between front and back wheels), are a pain. But I have a short trunk, and the one that goes under the car but behind the wheel is great. It has no markings for front or back of cover, so you could put that strap under engine (but engine heat might destroy it). I imagine if I did not have the antenna and had to make a hole for it, you could put either end of the cover at the front or back of vehicle. The graphics are the same if either end is put to front or back. There is plenty of room for my side mirrors with no problem, and not so much to look sloppy, but there are no "pockets" for the mirrors that would require a "front" or "back" to the cover. I bought my first cover twenty years ago, and this is to replace it. This one appears as good or better than my old one. The bad thing is that the straps are not attached very well. If the wind ever does get under this cover someday (which happens if and when elastic deteriorates), those straps look like they are ripe to fail. I live in a resort area at the ocean, so we get violent shifts in wind direction and even gusts from different directions. Those straps most likely will fail due to wind at some point. What people don't think about is the sun damages your windshield wipers. So using this cover anytime you will have your car out in the intense sun for 8 hours or more, will protect your wiper blades from UV degradation. That's a big deal at the shore! So imagine how it saves that "tired old look" from happening to your car's interior. Here at the beach, the car's interior can be 10 - 20 degrees F cooler than the outside air temp, - instead of far higher than air temp when sun shines through your windshield and glass (I have no window tinting other than factory stock). If it gets cool at night, this cover keeps that inside air from heating up due to the glass. It's wonderful. See what others think about tear resistance or how long the material might last. I hope it performs well in those attributes.

This car cover is great
This car cover I’ve had for about a month now. Make sure that you know the wheelbase your car tip to toe so that you can get the right size which I did it fits like a glove in addition to the cover it has three straps one in the back one in the middle and one on the front to hold it onto the car and Highwinds. It does allow air to get under there, so it allows fresh air if there’s any moisture under there to dry instead of creating a problem with your paint, so far I haven’t need to wash it. I have removed it twice and put it back on for use of the car but it is very stylish. The neighbors don’t mind and the homeowners association approved it as well. It does sit out in the driveway and that makes me very happy that it wasn’t a problem . I do recommend this car cover for short term use as far as long-term will see.

Don't use during freezing rain
Pros: Car cover was nice, light , easy to put one. It had 3 buckle snap to hold cover in place during high winds.Cons: Cannot be used for freezing rain weather. It will freeze and stick to the vehicle; hard to pull off, and ripped.
