We’ve been using Blue Lizard Mineral Lotion for years—ever since our pediatrician recommended it when our kids were toddlers. It quickly became our go-to sunscreen every summer. The coverage is amazing, and it truly lasts through long beach days, pool time, and outdoor play. Yes, it leaves a bit of white residue, but honestly, that's a small price to pay for protection that actually works and doesn’t wash off easily. We've always felt confident putting it on our kids' sensitive skin.Just recently, we stumbled upon the Blue Lizard spray, and we might be converts. It’s so light and airy, and my 7-year-old can reapply it by himself at camp—huge win. It still gives us the trusted protection we love, just in a much more convenient form. We’ll probably keep both on hand, but the spray is definitely a new favorite for busy summer days.Highly recommend both versions—Blue Lizard continues to impress us year after year.

This is the best spray on mineral sunscreen I've found. It rubs in clear and doesn't leave your skin looking white. It protects from the sun but it does need to be reapplied periodically. It's expensive but worth it in my opinion to keep my kid from being embarrassed from looking like a ghost and to avoid the chemicals in chemical sunscreen.

I bought this sunscreen for long days at the ball field and pool, and it has held up great. The spray goes on evenly, and I love that it’s a mineral formula with no harsh chemicals. It’s fragrance-free, doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin, and offers solid protection without making me feel greasy.

Useless as the can will not spray. Due to defective spray tip right from the start I am unable to even use. Waste of $$. I tried everything to get it to work, doesn't do anything. So now I have a full can of this, which isn't cheap, that I have to toss. I have bought this one time before and the spray tip quit working but I did get to use about 3/4 of the can before it stopped working. Do not get the spray.

This is one of the strongest mineral sunscreens on the market. It provides excellent UVA protection; therefore, I would recommend this sunscreen for anyone spending prolonged periods of time out in the sun.It is also lightweight and easy to apply to the face / body, including to facial hair / a beard.HOWEVER, the sunscreen is NOT water or sweat resistant. If you are wearing this sunscreen outdoors in the blazing hot sun and sweat easily, this sunscreen will start to run, seep into your eyes, and will need to be reapplied often.This sunscreen is more ideal if you are wearing it indoors, such as inside your vehicle. I recommend this sunscreen if you are taking a long road trip, for example or are sitting near a window.Because it is not water or sweat resistant, this makes it easy to wash off in the shower with a good face wash.

One of the best sunscreens available. Not loaded with toxic petroleum based ingredients. Works well during sport/sweat.

We love blue lizard products. I usually don't like spray but this one was great. I do use the lotion for the initial application, then used the spray ever 80 min after. No sun burns!!
