Warning for Thyroid patients
If you are a Thyroid patient being treated with Thyroxine sodium tablets, please take Doctor's advice before starting Chromium picolinate. Chromium picolinate affects the effect of Thyronorm tablets. Hence your Tsh levels will shoot up to very high levels. It happened with me from 6 it shot upto 13.7 within 3.5 months. So becareful before you start on Chromium picolinate it's in contradiction to Thyroxine sodium medication.

Doing wonders
My Hba1c is 8.4% as per 10 days back report. Insulin resistance is my biggest problem. Last week I started taking Chromium picolinate and Cinnamon extract and last 3 days my sugar level is dropping to 70mg/dL. I'm extremely happy that after trying so many things, this is working. Now I can reduce my insulin dosage. Go for it!
