Is it possible to sprout brown rice?

Hello Sagar, Greetings from TummyFriendly Foods! Yes, it is absolutely possible to sprout the whole Grain Brown Rice. We need to soak the rice for around 12 hours. Then we need to drain the water completely and put the brown rice in a sprouting container. It will take around 2 days for it to sprout nicely. Germinated/sprouted brown rice has many health benefits. It has high levels of Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid (GABA) and anti-nutrients get eliminated in the sprouting process. You can try this process at home too. Please keep rinsing the rice once in every 4 hours. Hope this helps!!
