The Complete Stories Volume I

I bought this purely because it was the exact edition (right down to the cover art!) that I first read at my school library as a kid, and my first time discovering Asimov's work. The stories are great, but with the benefit of years of experience I can safely say this is a poor man's "Complete Collection". While a large chunk of Asimov's stories are here, it is missing "Nightfall", which is inexplicable to say the least.Let me repeat that. This edition (despite what other reviews say) DOES NOT include Nightfall. If you want a more complete collection then buy ISBN: 978-0385416276. It is a much better collection.This is a nostalgia buy for me

I love all these little short stories! Each one gave me pause for thought about the world and were very well written! Never read any Azimov before this and thoroughly enjoyed it! Great writer who was clearly ahead of his time.

it's incredible how stories written half a century ago are still so actual. But the most amazing thing is the quality of the writing. Asimov can catch you from the first page, which is rather important in very short storiesThere is not one story that you can miss, but for your life duo not miss"the last question"

Simply superb ...never read his stories before each one is a winner ...also book came in pristine condition , wonderful!
