SFR 2522 has a dropping point of 490 degrees Fahrenheit. It should stay put at very high temperatures.

Q: is this approved for wheel bearings with disc brakes?

Yes SFR 2522 is an NLGI 2 and is an excellent choice for wheel bearings. it will not migrate to the rotors, infact if it does you may need to look at your wheel bearing seal.

Q: Could this be used to grease the internal gears of a Rotisserie cooker?

This product is not food safe, If the gear box is away from possible contamination then it could be used.
