All Natural Furniture Finishing Waxes. Beautifys, Protects Painted and Unfinished Wood 8oz White

Easy to apply, no strong smell, given a nice gray finish. I applied this over a pretty stark white chalk paint, only applying to one small area at a time-ish approximately 1 square foot or so, and then quickly buffed off within a couple of minutes as I did not want it to be a very thick/opaque layer. Remember, you can always add more! After the first application was finished I realized there was more than I wanted on the large open areas, so I uses Minwax finishing paste to sort of smear out and create a more overall even look while also removing wax from areas where I had applied too much. I am very happy with the end result! I will add pictures once I put the handles back on, but here are some I took during the process

I think I am still getting used to this product.At first, I tried to apply and remove too quickly.When I slowed down, and followed the instructions better, I had far better results.I applied, allowed to sit for nearly an hour, and then moved the wax around and removed the excess to the point where I liked the look of it.You have very good control over the product since it does not fully dry for a few days, but depending on the look you are going for, you want to be careful not to remove too much.I would also suggest applying with a wax brush, which gives even more control over how much is applied.It also wastes less product.Overall, I really like this wax, and have been experimenting with the black to give distressed furniture pieces age.After a few more uses, I will probably have to come back and edit this review to LOVE!UPDATE - I completely forgot about this review. Now I’ve tried several other brands and types of wax products and this one is my favorite. I’m looking forward to trying all the new colors they offer !!

I am very impressed with the communication of this seller/company. They promptly answered my inquiries and when the wrong color was shipped by mistake (ended up being beautiful anyhow), not only was I shipped out a replacement, they also said they'd send a promo code with the replacement.That being said, this wax is stunning. I'm very new at using wax on furniture and this stuff glides on like butter. Granted, it has been hot outside, it is far easier to apply than the other brand I tried first. I'm so excited to use these on so many more pieces. So far I've tried the bronze and it is just so beautiful. I will be a lifetime customer for sure! I'd give 10 stars if I could (and not that I'm difficult to please, I give a lot of thought to my reviews because I feel it's important to be specific for the sake of other buyers) sure there was a mistake, but mistakes happen and when someone goes that far out of the way to remedy that, it said so much. Even after I said to not worry about it. Thank you so much

While I love this company's chalk paint, the wax leaves something to be desired, as it NEVER dried. I followed the instructions to a T and have used other waxes without this issue. I loved the color and variety of colors the company provided, however, right out of the jar, it seemed very "oily" in nature, and not like other waxes I've used. I just figured it was because of it being "all natural". I waited for the wax to dry, but it never did. And then after a week of it not drying, I used a boatload of towels and wiped off as much as I possibly could - to the point of removing it. Unfortunately, it seems like you can't remove it and my piece is perpetually tacky. It was correctly applied and allowed ample time to cure. I even used a fan to try to dry it after a week! And Chalk mountain: if you comment to this review with the instructions I will lose it (I do know how to read and follow instructions) and won't even buy your chalk paint, which I love.

Newbie to using chalk paint & wax. Purchased this particular brand because it's natural and it had a soft white tint to it. Reviews from other brands said the wax made the color turn slightly yellow and that's what I did NOT want since I used white to paint my dresser.I am very happy with this wax even though I can't compare it to anything else I've used since it was my first time using chalk paint & wax. Wax was easy to apply & take off. Dried within 2-3 days. Does have a distinct smell but it's not bad & it's fading in time.Would def purchase again!!!!

I have never used this wax before and after doing my very first chalk paint project, I decided to use this because I loved the color. It turned out amazing and so easy to work with!

This was my first project using chalk paint and wax. I'm smitten with the results.I got the wax in the Dark Antiquing color. I used it on a Brick Red paint color, which alone was a bit bland.I applied the wax with a brush and it went on very easy, a little bit goes a long way. It gave the piece I'm working on just the *pop* it needed. I'm so happy with the results, even after just one application. And I can't wait to use it on future projects over different colors of paint.I would recommend this to anyone.I tried to get a good picture but it wasn't coming out the greatest.

Love this wax! So many ways to shade your project with the different colors available. I purchased the black wax and white wax. I followed the instructions with no problems. It’s very workable for a while before it hardens up. I like it better than other name brands I’ve used that dry fast. If you want to use your wax to make your piece announce it has character you found it with this product.
