I've used this pressure washer for a month and here's my honest review.What I received in the combo pack:1. The main pressure washer2. The inlet hose pipe (1 meter)3. Quick connector for foam Lance (brass)15. 500ml shampoo16. 5 pressure washer Nozzles (red, green, yellow, white and black)17. 90° Angle Nozzle (brass)18. A small microfiber cloth (25×25cm)19. A slightly bigger cloth (40×40cm)20. A pin to clean the gunPros:-Pressure washer;• The built of main body itself is good, looks great with smooth edges.• The pressure is also great, it almosts recoils when you press then gun lever.• didn't try cutting a brick but it is possible. When I placed the gun too close to my bike the paint came off.Pipes;• grear quality outlet hose pipe.• The outlet hose pipe is pretty studry. has a good amount of weight to it.• the outlet hose pipe does not pinch when floded• the length of the hose pipe was satisfactory for the price. ( But personally for me, I require atleast 2 more meters for my location)Accessories;• the gun is quite ok.• the shampoo was quite alright, it did the job• the all the quick connectors provided are functioning as expected. (Good)• the 5 Nozzles work fine.• the 2 clothes were very useful to meCons:-Main body;• though the pressure is very high, it's not as high as described in the product description. The product description was a marketing gimmick. I was already aware of this when I purchased the product. But for those are not aware, the pressure doesn't reach to 330 bar or 220 bar. At best it's up to 170 bar. Which is good enough for anyone who is using it for domestic purpose.• the control knob was useless to me, personally. But it could be useful to some else.Pipes;• The inlet hose pipe is of low quality• the length of the pipe is also very short compared to other models of starQ (2.5m).Accessories;• the gun, it felt like a low price childrens toy. Works fine though but cheap plastic unlike the pressure washer main body.• the extension rod is tiny only 25cm.• the foam Lance does not dispers a very thick layer of foam. It's mild foam.I was expecting a shaving foam like texture but it was not as thick.I tried to adjust the foam Lance knobs but nothing changed. It seems that was the best it could do or the shampoo provided is low quality or I haven't figured it out yet.• the 90° nozzle is received was blacked from the outside. Tried to clean it but it didn't work. ( Haven't used it yet)• the microfiber cloth was tiny, covered my hand.• the other cloth was pretty cheap too.Conclusion:Over all the pressure washer was great. It worked absolutely wonderful. I was very easily able to wash all my vehicle in just a few hours at home. It's one of the best investments for me.I was already aware of all the pros and cons of this particular product, except the length and quality of the inlet hose pipe. And the foam Lance.For the price, it's one of the best ones out there.Would highly recommend.I hope this will be helpful to anyone looking to buy this product.

Very good product. Machine had a powerful moter and the the pressure is amazing. Quality is very good. Have been using from last 8 months. Very very nice product. Must buy product. Value for money. Portable and easy to use.

Very poor customer service and warranty service. They do not provide site maintainance. Nothing is mentioned anywhere about their warranty conditions. Please find below:WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONSWe provide 1 year Service Warranty for our Pressure Washer Range1) WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD:A) The customer has to provide the Order number/ Invoice of the product so that we can checkthe date of purchase from respective portals like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho or Starq.B) Once we check and confirm that the product is within the warranty period, we ask for photosand working video of the machine so we can identify the exact issue.C) If the problem is small and can be solved by changing the spare part(s) we courier the spare(s)to the customer if we identify that is a Manufacturing fault. If not a Manufacturing fault, thenthe charges of the parts have to be borne by the customer.D) If the problem is deemed big or which cant be solved at customer end then the customerneeds to send the machine with accessories to our service center in Mumbai on Freight PaidBasis . Mumbai service center address will be provided to the customer.E) Within Warranty period the following is included free of cost:# Labour/ Service charges# Oil change and clean up# Reverse courier chargesF) When we receive the machine, we send a confirmation receipt to the customer. We unpackthe machine and share photos of exterior. If any damages noticed we share the same with thecustomer. The damages in transit are not our responsibility and customer need to bear thecharges if they want to change those parts. They can bear or claim with the courier companyabout the charges.G) We then open the critical parts and check and share photos.
