If you love olive oil and lemons, you will want this! It is delicious and great for baking (lemon bars) and cooking (fish, vegetables, chicken). I went through my first bottle so quickly, I have ordered another one.

Overall, it's excellent, but....
Some persons are very sensitive to bitter tastes, while many others do not notice bitterness. I am one of those persons who is very sensitive to bitter tastes. It is important to know that the lemon flavor of this olive oil does not come from lemon juice. It comes from the oils that are in the skin of the lemon. My son and my husband are not sensitive to bitter tastes. They love this oil. I find it very bitter, but it does have an authentic fresh lemon zest flavor. A little goes a long way on foods where you might enjoy some grated lemon zest, which is what it tastes like.

Not as intense organge as I'd like
It's a good olive oil, but compared to their lemon olive oil, the orange isn't as intense of a flavor, so I'll go back to their lemon olive oil. Their lemon olive oil is really great.
