There is no match for sturdiness, quality and value at a comparable price! Wts, the manufacturer elected to focus on the above three characteristics with no attention to customer friendly attributes or packaging. My product arrived on time but with several damaged pieces, so assembly was delayed a week. The absolute BEST customer service (Molly) agent(s) I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Completed assembly right up until our first monsoon with winds of 45-53mph, hail and rain; lots of rain...didn’t even know we had a storm. Can’t wait to see how she stands against the snow this Winter. Ok, now the painful realities that come with this product: 1) Instructions are not completely sequenced or accurate, e.g., do not place curtain hooks in until after you have assembled the 4 post and rails. Otherwise you will be frustrated from the hooks falling off the rails during assembly.2) when assembling the roof, you will find that it’s not just the “W” panels that should be assembled simultaneously to the roof but all panels will need to be done in this manner; it’s the only way we were able to achieve a consistent, seal in an overlapping fashion.3) After conducting my parts inventory, I thought specific screws were missing, only to find out that consistency in packaging was lacking, .I.e., although all screws and braces were clearly marked on their respective packages, some screws were packed inside other packages, thus you would never know of their existence unless you opened every package to count every screw...

Love it! I had to raise it about 10 inches so it would go over my rain gutters so I made some wood blocks out of 2x6’s. A also drilled a hole at the bottom of one of the hollow legs to run extension chords to lights. No they are hidden! A few tips while assembling:- Despite what instructions say, there is no need to add the plastic curtain hangers until the very end. They just get in the way and make things difficult.- Make sure to overlap the roof panels correctly the first time! The top piece goes over the lower piece. I had to redo all the panels because wasn’t paying attention. Noob mistake.- Four strong people can move the entire thing after fully assembled, so assemble in an easy place and then move to final resting spot.

This is a beautiful addition to our deck. It is a five-star for quality, function and attractiveness. The product took quite a while to get to us, and wasn't really accurately trackable through Amazon. Two roof bars were defective and had to be reshipped. They shipped immediately, but due to the 4th and the weekend, it took 7-10 days to get to us. So we had a half assembled gazebo on the deck over the 4th. As stated in other reviews for this and/or similar gazebos, professional installation would be best. There are many steps, but directions were clear enough. Some steps took 3 people--could have used 4. Many steps needed the support of 2 people, and a high step ladder. Some steps, certainly were designed for one person to do. With mostly 1-2 people available and the parts delay, our assembly spread out over two weekends--we stopped counting the hours. But it is doable if you have the appropriate ladder, time and people to help you. In the end, though, it was worth it, and we look forward to many years of usage!

I added a ceiling fan and the top being open it pulls in the cool air. Makes it nice and cool. It is great during the rain keeps me dry. Plenty of room for my patio table and chairs. You will need to secure the roof panels as you add then to each section or they will fall out. Instructions do not tell you to do this.

Assembly was not easy. Words where missing from the instructions that could have made it easier. Such as overlap or insert together as one piece, etc. It took alot of trial and error. Some of the roof pieces are very sharp. My little dog could have been sliced by the panel falling out of the beam when it fell during construction. We had to keep the dogs in the house. All together it's lovely to look at. Nice lines.

It took more time and stress to put together than we had anticipated. There were a few factory issues: 1) a few main connections were missing threads for the screws, 2) some of the main connecting holes for screws did not match. We filled the legs abut 1/4 with sand because they were week. The sturdiness is comparable to gazebo's you would purchase at stores such as Home Depot or Lowes. Since we just finished constructing our gazebo we can not add comments regarding extended wear. When completed it does look nice and currently serves the purpose we wanted it for.

We originally received a carton with some damaged parts. The Domi company was great.They sent us replacement parts in 5 days to our house. Very happy with their service and so farWith the canopy.

Over priced,quality questionable.6 hrs with 2 people, with impact drivers.
