Colored but if you plan on any sanding, it sands the color off to show clear. Just coated, not solid color

Pretty good.
It came as described and they are painted shards so they aren't transparently colored. Was a little disappointed that this $17 box is the same size as my hand, super tiny. This kit would be good for tiny projects, but not big enough for what I need.
