Didn't use for brazing but perfect for what I needed them for.

Never again, wasn’t worth it, trying to soldered to brass links together wouldn’t work

Will not braze with Map gas torch even though it is advertised as low temp soldering

You need to buy flux.
These rods look good (bright, shiney, nicely packaged) but there isn't the slightest hint of any flux like behaviour when using these rods.I cleaned both pieces I was attempting to join together and heated them to a temperature at which the rod melted on contact and the rod material just balled up and didn't show any wetting or flowing at all.When I get time I'll try again but with the addition of some Johnson Matthey Easy Flow flux.
