I had a cut on my foot but still wanted to go in the ocean. To keep seawater out of my cut, I came upon these socks. I wear a men's size 11 sneaker , so I bought the XL size. They fit well, are super comfortable and keep most of the water out. I enjoy wearing them at the beach. They protect my feet from the shells on the sea floor and also keep my feet from getting sunburned. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought these because I had recently had a small procedure on both big toes and didn’t want to get sand on my feet while at the beach. I had put waterproof bandaging on them, but still didn’t want to chance the bandage coming off or getting sand on my toes. These work GREAT at keeping the sand out! I was truly impressed!! The fit was great, I went with their sizing suggestion. The durability was good as far as I could tell. I did wear my crocs with them when I was walking around the concrete pool area as other reviews had suggested so they wouldn’t get worn down or a hole in them. The beach water was cold, but these actually protected my feet from feeling cold! Same thing in the hot tub, my feet didn’t get hot at all! I was pleasantly surprised with that as well. Sand easily rinses off and they dry fast too! Overall, I was pleased with this product. It did what I bought it for: to keep the sand off my feet.

My son and I got these for our summer trip to the Mediterranean. The beaches we frequent have coarse sand, rocks and the sand can be hot. These neoprene socks were a complete game changer and worked really well and better than expected! Wish i had found these sooner. These sand socks allowed us to get in/out the water more easily and were easy to swim with. We could walk on a variety of terrain easily with them - larger rocks, sharp stones, rough hot sand. We even hiked along a steep stone beach trail with them and they were great. The Velcro closure worked well to keep sand out. The grippy pattern on the bottom makes traction on wet rocks really good for climbing. I got a black pair and my son really likes the colorful pattern. After wearing these constantly with rigorous hiking they are showing some wear but these did hold up better than another brand that I bought and the neoprene was a bit thicker so they were more protective. The Velcro strap on the ankle also kept sand out more effectively than the pair that I got that didn’t have this feature. These won’t last forever but we’ll worth the price! A great product!!

This is A GREAT CHOICE if you want to go to the beach.These socks are GREAT. Confortable, easy to put on, and they DO PROVIDE PROTECTION FOR YOUR FEET!!!The not too thick/solid sole is perfect for its function.Highly recommend it.

Purchased these in advance of a planned trip. I wear a 9 -9 1/2 so grabbed a large. These were WAY too big. There was a clear inch left in front of my toes. Product quality seemed ok and it was soft, however, ill fitting water socks is a recipe for disaster.

Worked great with strap type and slip on fins. We used them mainly to prevent chafing/rubbing. I bought 7 pairs in varying sizes. Everyone had a slightly different fit but all fit well. I do not recommend using these for anything other than with fins or in the water with soft sandy bottom. They are not made for concrete pools, walking on rocks, etc.

I bought these because of another reviewer who got them for the Gorge Underground kayaking in Kentucky. We just did our trip to Kentucky and went to the Gorge for kayaking. They worked perfectly. The temperature was around 50 degrees and my feet never got cold and stayed completely dry. We did the double kayaks, so there was a decent amount of splashing and I definitely got wet. I can't comment on how long they will last, but it was worth the price for our day in tunnels. We got the gloves too, but I ended up not wearing mine. The rest of our group did and they said they worked really well and their hands stayed dry.
