Stiffness
This isn’t as stiff of a shell as expected. The videos I found made it look better than what I thought. Don’t get me wrong the bags are great and seem to be strong so far. I do have some wheel rub when I stand up and try to peddle a little harder. Comes with more than enough straps. I removed them because it seemed to be too much. I’ve had them on on my bike for about 50 miles so far and stand up pretty good. I do ride with stuff in my bags all the time so I’m used to the weight for camping trips.

Lots of room w/o a lot of pockets
Great for grocery shopping and carrying stuff around. Holds 2 big/heavy bags of groceries without a problem (1 each side) I repurposed some old election sign (plastic cardboard) and secured them to my rack since there is no built in support to keep them from flopping into the spokes.Nice panniers, seem well constructed, we'll see if the zippers hold up in the ocean air, but the big pockets have generous velcro and buckles, so no saltwater rot there! The hanging hooks are meant for skinny bike-racks, not for the thick rack on my ride1up cafe cruiser. I got them to be secure by making sure they were over the rack and then connecting the lower straps around the sides of the rack with a little downward pressure/angle when buckling.

I Like This Bag!
I have yet to test this bag under harsh conditions yet. However, I wanted to share with all y'all, that this is a well made bag and probablyexactly what you are looking for. That's why I'm writing this, to help you (fellow cyclist - electric - or not).I'm old enough to have had plenty of experience with outdoor gear of all kinds. For the price (about 50 bucks) this is a quality pannier bag.I look at stitching, zippers, fabric, fit, finish, etc.Fits my Ancheer City Bike with a minor adjustment from me.The battery rack on this bike will not allow the clips to fit, not enough space.I solved this with some para-cord.I cut four lengths of cord, seared the ends closed, and tied onto the rack loops for the pannier clips. This fixes it just fine.I use 550 para-cord, which has a working load of 250 lbs. It's the price to value ratio I use to call this a good buy...for now.It needs a few weeks, or months, of in-the-field testing (actually that's called use; I'm not a "tester").Big enough for a load of groceries, including gallon sized milk, easily one on each side. How will only one gallon on one side feel, and will it shift?See, I'll find that out soon enough.Although...could strap the single gallon on-top of the rack and lash down snuggly with the bag'smany straps and buckles...a bunch.Add a couple bungie cords if ya like.Comes with a rain cover which I intend to use to cover my entire bike, because it will do that!I want to keep electrical stuff dry (and my seat) and the cover stretches enough to do that. Therefore, I might spray a silicon coating for extra waterproof protection. It seems to be a good bag, for the price...It gets my Eagle Scout endorsement! It was my fault I messed up on my metric measurements
I recently purchased these bags for my e-bike which to amaze me that they just went right on like they were made from my specific e-bike if you want a set of bike pay you for the quick trip to the market these are the ones you need! The construction was better than I expected and like I said before it took 2 minutes to put it on my e-bike like they were made for my model of e-bike

Exactly what I was lookin for
I am planning a weeklong bike ride and needed bags that could carry a lot of stuff, but I couldn’t pay a lot of money. These are roomy, they have a couple pockets per side to help with organization, and they don’t interfere with cycling. I have not tested their waterproof ability yet. I don’t know yet how well they will hold up as I just recently got them, but for the price, for me it was a great purchase.
