L-faster 24V/36V/48V E-Bicycle Thumb Throttle Handle Bar Grips Gas Twist Throttle Electric Scooter Invisible Speed Controller for Thumb

I wanted to change my ebikes twist throttle to a thumb so I could get some more space on my handlebars and without losing the pedal assist button that was built into the twist throttle. I ordered this and brought it to my local bike shop for installation. He was able to make the twist throttle work, wire the on/off button to instead engage the PAS feature and he was even able to wire the battery indicator to work. I didn't think that feature was going to work since we were trying to use this in a manner it wasn't made for but it turned out well. The throttle was mounted on the left side instead of the right side of the handle bars so I need to reach about 1/4 inch further to touch the lever for the throttle but thats nothing.Used it for about a month now without any issues. The battery indicator is nice but its only three light levels so it is in no way accurate but its cool to see it working.

The throttle that I received did not work. The supplier kept making excuses that it was not wired correctly. After many attempts, emails, photos, explanations he said that the product could not be bad and refused to address the problem further saying that I should buy another and then send the original back for credit. I am an electrical engineer, I know what I am talking about. I would not recommend this supplier.

I am 100% happy with everything, the product, the seller, the price, the shipping quickness and most of all, the fact this throttle was all I needed to get to fix my girls electric trike. I used this on a 48 volt 1000 watt front hub motor. It looks and feels exactly like the original throttle that came with the ebike kit. B

The wires do not come on a connector. I got lucky figuring out which wire goes where. I will give you some place to start, if your controller is similar to mine, a lot of unmarked choices. There is only one choice with three wires use that connector for one, brown and green go together with yellow on a connector with two.

It has the 6 pin already pinned, but there is no actual connector, just wires with pins. I don't know if mine was just not in there or it comes that way.

When my controller broke I couldn't fix it. I thought I'll never be able to find a replacement the same as I had but Amazon had the exact same one I needed. Twenty minutes to replace it and I'm back in business, it works as good as the original.
