Pleasantly surprised.
I have had these for 2 cycles so far and I really am impressed. I did have concerns based on some of the other reviews that I had read however I do find these particular underwear to be relatively comfortable. I will say that it was worth mentioning they do run a little bit tight but not really enough to go up the next size, I feel like if you go up the next size you might find them to be just a touch too large and therefore not as secure. As far as absorption I haven’t had any super heavy days I have had what I consider medium flow and these have held up really nicely even on days when I was on able to make it home for 12 hours in order to change. I’ve had no leaking issues and they seem to hold up rather well in the washer so far although I have not had them long enough to say for certain. I will say that one of the notable upsides to these panties is that the liner goes all the way from your front pubic bone area all the way back to the top of the waist seam because of this if you are a back sleeper you shouldn’t have any issues with it leaking outside of the liner area I am sometimes a stomach sleeper and I have not had any issues with it leaking outside of liner area. I feel like these are definitely worth the money I paid $55 for five pairs which equals out to $11 per pair which is not an astronomical price considering the regular price of regular underwear and also considering the prices of other period panty type products. If you are a heavy bleeder I would say to give them a try, I’m not sure how they will hold up as I’ve not had heavy flow since I have purchased them but as I mentioned previously I did have a stand where I wore a pair of these for 12 hours with a medium flow and they really held up nicely.

Works so well!
I absolutely love these! I am never going back to pads or tampons again. They are just like regular underwear, not like a bulky diaper. But super absorbent. The only down side is the price. I change my every time I go to the bathroom so I need like twenty to get through my period. But so worth it! I’ve had mine for a couple years now and they hold up great.

You may not receive the right underwear.
I had ordered a pair of these several months ago. They're alright, they are leak-proof and absorbent (though I still use them with pads and tampons..they're just back-up leak-free assurance for me). The cut is a little weird, and the fabric has very little stretch where the absorbancy is, so I end up wearing a pair of my normal underwear over them because I'm sensitive about new clothing material/textures/fits, and the second layer helps my body eventually forget I'm wearing something abnormal. They worked well enough that I decided to get a second pair to have in rotation so I can dry them a little more leisurely after washing. Well, despite ordering the exact same listing and exact same size, etc. as before, I received something totally different from my original pair. Instead of full-coverage briefs with an absorbent front-to-back layer, I received super thin high-wasted skimpy thongs with no absorbent layer whatsoever. They're also teeny tiny, barely half the size I would need to fit me, but there's no size listed on this new pair at all. They're going straight to returns, and thanks so much for wasting my time, money, and destroying my confidence in buying another pair of underwear from this listing. I'll be looking for a different brand now.

I'm in love!!
****2021 update**** I gained some weight so I needed to order a larger size and saw there were a few more brands on the market than when I first ordered. I tried a few of them and I can confidently say these are the best period underwear available. The models with hip measurements helped me get the best fit since I wasn't too sure of my new size and they fit swimmingly. I really like the updated material because they're even softer than before and still hug in all the right places. I also noticed these weren't as stiff as the first time I ordered so there was no sound at all. The absorbency has increased so I don't even need to use reusable pads on my heavy days. For reference I can go a full 12 hours in these whereas I used to fill an overnight pad in 6, and two super absorbency tampons in 4-6 hours. The other brands I bought don't even come close. I got a single pair of the Bambody high waist and noticed my butt would sweat more in them. I then realized it was because the absorbent part doesn't go all the way up the back. The Innersy & Neione doesn't have an absorbent layer at all so expect to use other protection on your medium and heavy days. I'm not surprised this brand was voted best overall. Old review: Amazing quality for the price, and half the cost of thinx. I own the hiphugger thinx but one panty isn't enough to get through a whole cycle and the price tag on thinx is too high to get more. The thinx panties don't have the absorbent material in the front but these do. These also cover your whole behind unlike my hiphuggers. I think these could fit any body type because the material is so form fitting and the elastic is the perfect amount of stretch and does run true to size. The leak proof PUL material in these is exactly the same as my thinx. I poured water on these to test that they absorbed and they held up. Just like with pads, clots will take some time to absorb. If it's big I'll just wipe it off with some toilet paper. No big deal. The only difference in these and thinx is thinx uses polyester and nylon on the non absorbent part, and these have organic cotton which I much prefer because it isn't as hot and far more comfortable. There was a bit of a swish sound while walking but it seems to lessen after some washes. I looked around at some Asian brands but I only wanted black so there would be no staining and didn't want to hassle with sizing returns. My periods are all over the place so sometimes I'll have a very light flow and can get by on just the panties but other times it can be very heavy and I'll have to use their reusable pads as backup. They are great for working out too if you don't want to show sweat and they stay put. These and the reusable pads are the best purchase I've made for my periods ever.

Incredibly misleading. It says 5 pack yet only 1 turned up. Apparently this is because colour is called ' Black 1 '. Very unimpressed as the title says something completely different and the amount should not be written in the colour selection!!!!

110lbs, 5"2', 36 inch hips and ordered large. It's very slightly loose but fits perfectly everywhere else. Works great. For reference I'm a medium at other leading underwear brands.

Amazed by the product. Waa thinking there be leaks.. since the whole back was not covered by the absorbent layer.... But triws overnight without sanitary pad. No leakage at all even i was side sleeping.. and was so comfortable.. wished i had known the existence of period underwear earlier. 😊

Las use en los dias del periodo mas abundante y absorben perfectamente , no traspaso la tela ni hubo fugas y no manche mi ropa. Son muy comodas.

Super annoyed with this order as the title description read 5 pack but when it arrived there was only one pair inside. If I wanted to spend $25 on one pair, I would have bought Knix. Can’t be bothered to return them on my dime but buyer beware on this one
