I'm not very happy about this product. Know where did it state that if you're overweight you would have a problem using it. I'm not that overweight but I have a hard time putting this belt on. If you're in athletic performance condition I'm sure this might work for you but it does not work if you have extra padding like I do. I spent so long trying to get it on that the conductor spray that I had to use completely war I. but there was no way for me to get any more on because then I would have to take it off and struggle to get it back on. Really wish I hadn't wasted the money on this
