Very pleased cleared my pond in 3 Days

Working well and has cleared pond green in a few days only and kept if free since installing

Easy to fit in line with my fx4. A bit of the uv light bleeds thro so you can see if bulb working or not.

It is efficient

OK so it does what is says on the packet but between the water and and electrical stuff are on last washer and an O-ring. Speaking from experience there a lot of trust been put into the design. its also quite hard to fit the UV tube since the cable enter the end caps and you twisting the end caps together with the cables. Would I purchase another one of these UV's no since I'm sure there must be a better designed unit on the market.

Would be a good bit of kit if it the bull wasn’t broken when it arrived

I was initially pleased, easy to install, neat & was doing a good job.I followed the instructions & tested the seal around the quartz sleeve (also took the bulb out multiple times over the next few days to ensure no leaks) & after 10 months found glass in my filter????When i checked the Uv found the quartz & Uv had shattered rendering the unit useless due to the water ingress into the bulb ends.I am in discussion with the supplier to see what they say with regards to my 2 year warranty

All I can say is that I bought this item on behalf of someone else they are pleased with it it was bought to replace their original one which had stopped working
