Such a useful book

Interesting, sensible and tasty food!
Very interesting and well written book. The ‘science’ makes far more sense to me than the information and ‘advice’ I’ve read in leaflets given by hospital dieticians. We have been trying this new regime for about a month. I can’t honestly say whether there has been a substantial improvement yet as it’s still ‘early days’ but can say that we have not had any adverse reactions either! The recipes are really tasty and we are definitely enjoying the food. I would definitely recommend this book.

Something for everyone
This is an excellent book - clearly explains why we should all eat more healthily. I have read a lot of similar books, but for me this one has it all: a clearly laid out structure and explanation plus an engaging personal story linking the 'why' to the lifestyle and recipes. And these are good recipes - very much enjoying working my way through them. I'm a great proponent that positive changes come, over time, if you make it easy and engaging for people. That is what this book does. Everyone who is trying to positively engage with their health will find something in this book, either from the story, the explanations , the recipes, or in my case from all three.
