Before using this I would go days 2-4) days at a time without going. And when I did it was hard and not alot. I take these every night (I take two) and I go in the morning every day. Sometimes twice! It doesn't make it runny like Diarrhea or like laxatives, it makes it soft and easy to go and it's usually alot too!These do taste bad, So I usually put a drink in my mouth and swallow down fast. When you get such amazing results the taste doesn't matter.I am one happy woman!

I was glad to see that Amazon had a few suppliers of ColonClenz. WalMart stopped stocking this item a few years ago. And because my daily regimen includes this probiotic, I'm more than happy to pay for a healthy gut and colon.

I used to take these to help with weight loss it did pretty good because I wasn't regular so I started using the bathroom more while using these pills but I just got them again that was like 2 years ago they're not working like they used to
