Stress Guard, L-Theanine Supplement for Natural Relief, 90 Capsules

I was introduced to Stress Guard by a very knowledgeable Sprouts employee about 4 years ago when I was experiencing high levels of stress. It has been so effective for me. It calms the nerves so effectively. It helps with sleep too. I use it when I’m experiencing high stress or anxiety. I have referred this supplement to countless friends and colleagues. Highly recommend.

Oh my goodness, what is NOT too love about this stuff? I"ve kept it in my house for several years. I usually take just 1 per day, but I've taken up to 3 a day in times of a lot of stress. It's definitely one of the very best forms of adrenal support out there. My highest recommendation to those who are going through a lot of stress, or need to heal their adrenals!

I have a lot of anxiety, and my prescription meds weren’t cutting it. Adding this has helped SO much!! It’s very effective! Easy to swallowing but I and provides great stress support for you.

Low-key I want a gate keep this item so it doesn’t run out of stock as much, but I am an anxious type of person and I get worked up but between taking this every day and drinking mushroom coffee it really stabilizes my moods

Tried this first, then switched to Holy Basil. The Holy Basil is far superior, at least for my system. Just a subtle, calming vibe. Did not get that from this product. Again, everyone is different.
