Worked great in my 2011 chevy cruze, make sure you run a wire directly from the battery to test that the starter doesnt turn on before removing it. had to go under the car to do the job, needed somebody to reach down from the top to line up that top bolt

I bought this starter and received it by mail February 21st. The starter went out on March 20th, the so called warranty is no good anymore. Now I have to buy another starter. Definitely won’t be getting it here. I’m just going to buy a brand new one to save me from another headache.

Works great! I was worried at first because it seemed slightly different than the old starter on my 2012 Chevy Cruze. After doing some research though it sounds like they changed the design slightly. Worked like a charm after a tricky install.

Part works great and sounds awesome. I’m not sure if it can be swapped from the top without removing too much hardware, but I was able to lift the car and swap it from the bottom only needing to remove 1 screw by touch on top. Took me about an hour or so but not too bad.
