RumbleRoller Xtra Beastie Bar with Stands

The RumbleRoller Beastie Bar is one of several tools available from RumbleRoller for soft tissue work. Together these tools provide scalable deep tissue massage and foam rolling exercises for mobility and muscle quality.

I have had problems with neck pain for years. The main cause is knots (aka trigger points) in the small neck muscles along the back and sides of the neck (also the upper trapezius). This thing is the best tool I've found for working out most of these knots. I grab it with both hands behind my neck and pull forward. Between this and my Theracane, I am finally feeling relief!(I also use the clear one set into the base to roll out my calf muscles. The green one is a little too firm for that.)

If this ball wasn't so small and probably 2-3 inches larger it would be perfect for deep tissue. Also the points on the ball could be improved by using thicker and longer points. If you do this upgrade then the product will be 5 stars.

Cool idea but the stands literally NEVER stay in place.When I begin to roll they begin to roll *facepalm*.

Great, but not a game changer, one can be rigged out of another kit or gear selection. This is very well made, and there is some extreme versatility here. My best advice would be to start off with some low pressure stuff, as this can be quite intense. I did think this goes well with an incline for the back, or temporarily mounted to a wall or a platform (table, counter, etc.) for elevated leg stretches. If you have a leg( all easy to do). Be creative, be safe.

This rumble roller is really great for areas around the ankles and feet and buttocks. It can get deeper than the original rumble roller cylinder can. It works amazing on breaking up facial adhesions. I would highly recommend it.

One of the beastie doesn’t move properly. So it’s impossible to use it correctly.I am looking to return this item and it says that’s it’s “not eligible for a return”. Very disappointing for a 50 dollar roller!!!!!

Holy pain!!!! Just what I needed! Better than regular foam rollers for sure. Have to prepare yourself for some serious pain though. Been using these a lot on my calves lately. They've been extremely tight due to all the cardio that I've been doing. First day after I used it, my lower calves were very sore. Guess I was a little too aggressive.Been using it everyday since and I've been able to withstand more pressure after a few sessions.Awesome tool! Should've bought one a long time ago!

Jeder von meinen Freunden die dieses Ding gesehen hat, sagte mir, dass es ein Folterwerkzeug ist. 🤣 Habe vorher schon einen RumbleRoller (blau version) gekauft, jetzt habe ich den Beastie Bar dazu, die tut meiner Muskulatur wirklich gut. Also Achtung es tut auch weh, wenn es Ihnen auch nichts macht. 😜

I have major leg and back injuries sustained by being a runner/weightlifter for so many years. I've been using the rumbleroller for awhile -- and I love that product, but if you have a smaller house, and kids, it's somewhat hard to find the real estate and time to use it. The Beastie bar delivers in so many ways, not only can I use ti in a smaller footprint, ie) sitting on a couch, but I'm finding I can use it on a broader amount of muscles and problem areas in my hips, lower back, gluets, etc. I love this product and I would highly recommend it.

this is an amazing roller that really gets into the muscle and a great option for people who no longer feel pain on a flat roller and are ready to move up to something stronger.

I will start off with a caution: This is a non-returnable product.Bought this as it claims in questions below that the product is 19 inches long. It is not. It is 15 inches on the nose. So was completely useless for me as I couldn't reach to grasp with both hands and roll behind my back.Then the product description gives the impression that the stand are sturdy and will hold up to use the bar on the floor. Unless you lay on the balls and stay perfectly still, they too are useless as the bar doesn't roll in the stand, so the stand flips and tries to roll as soon as you move.Lastly the item is sturdy. It is well made. But you wouldn't be able to hang this on drywall. It would pull right out as it's pretty clunky. You'd have to put it into real wood or a rack.There are better options out there for a much lesser price. And SUPER disappointed that the company has given false info for the dimensions. Thank god for Amazon being such an awesome company and still refunding me.

Really helped in relieving Sciatic pain.
