These large airtight containers were a great purchase! I needed large airtight containers to hold 5 pounds of flour, and they hold 5 pounds! They are airtight so the food lasts much longer than in the bag it comes in. I like that they are BPA free, and plastic. They are safe, non toxic, and not easily broken. I love that they come with labels. The marker is easy to erase if you want to switch out the food for something different. They look nice in the pantry, and are very convenient to use. If you're looking for great, large, airtight containers that will hold at least 5 pounds, I would definitely recommend these!

These containers are roomy and well-made — a 5 lb bag of sugar or flour fits easily. The lids seal tightly and keep everything fresh. The plastic is thick, high-quality, and easy to clean. They’re simple to use and look great on my shelves. The included labels are easy to remove if needed, and the writing stays on well but can be washed off with water to write something new. I also have smaller containers in the same design, and together they make my kitchen look neat and coordinated. They’ve been a great addition to my kitchen.

I love these! So easy to use for anything. Great for Flour, sugar these will hold a 5 lb bag plus. The lid is sealed once you lock it. There was no smell to the plastic and very durable I like the most is they are see thru. They fit perfectly in the pantry looks very organized

These are very nice polypropylene storage containers. They're a great size, work perfectly for my purposes and even come with nice labels and a label marker. They arrive in the box in two stacks of two containers. The stacked containers are separated by a very thin sheet of plastic wrap. The containers in one of the stacks separated very easily; the second stack took quite a bit more effort. I ended up soaking the stack in very hot water then yanking them apart using both my hands and feet! Seriously! All four lids fit each of the containers equally well. To test for air-tightness, I filled each container with about 1-1/2 inch of hot water, securely fastened the lid, then tipped them upside on the counter. At first, there was no leakage. After a while, however, as the air pressure built up inside, every container leaked. I would classify these as "reasonably airtight", but not 100% airtight. I like these and am very happy with my purchase. They fit my needs beautifully. However, be aware that they may take some effort to separate and that they are not fully airtight.

I started baking bread, and had new types of flour to deal with. I went looking for a way to better organize my ugly corner, and these worked out well. It's reasonably easy to snap up all four of the ears while your hands are messy, and you're trying to avoid contaminating the contents with whatever dough or other stick-em is on your fingers. I guess I open them with the tip of my pinky? I haven't actually examined how I do that, but whatever I do, it works. I tested one of these with liquid, and it didn't leak out. If liquid isn't leaking out, air isn't getting in, so they seal quite well. I never detected any sort of odor, and they're a good size, and a good capacity for my needs. I have similar containers that I've been using for years, so I expect these will prove to be equally durable.

Very sturdy, interchangeable labels

These work great. The lid seals with a solid click of the locks. I put a whole 5 lb bag of gluten free flour in one and there was plenty of room to spare. The shape is space-saving compared to round containers - they line up next to each other without wasted space. I did run into an issue that the measurements were for just the container and did not include the lid. The shelves in my kitchen cabinets are about 9" apart and these were supposed to be 8.66" which would have made for a close but workable. Unfortunately, the lid adds more height so they don't fit into the cabinets. I ended up putting them in my pantry instead.

Well made,good quality. Easy on, off airtight lids. Transparent almost glass-like. Well sized products. Stack easy. Would buy again.

I love these containers so much that I bought more. The lids snap well to seal with the container and they hold a lot. I bought the extra large ones to hold flour and sugar since I bake a lot, I wanted a lot of storage. I would recommend them. They fit nicely in my pantry also and look good. I am not sure if they are leak proof as I have not put any liquids in them...

These are great containers - but they are NOT 8.66 inches tall - with the cover on they are 9 inches tall.
