This product is good nevertheless, but the packaging is disappointing. I received the bottle in a leaking condition because the nozzle pump wasn't in the lock position. Almost 30-35ml has already been wasted due to the spill. Sealing is required (also important to maintain the product quality and authenticity). Better to opt for tubes over pump bottles.The whole amazon package was messy because of the spill!

A good face wash for pimple prone skin.. Its preventing pimple and clearing the dirt with only small amount.. And leaving my skin bit dry.. Need moisturizer after use. . Overall a good experience.. But need one good moisturizer oil free which help to solve the purpose of facewash..

Overall product is good...its been only 3days so i can't tell anything exactly how it is atleast i am not getting any new pimple..will surely update my review after 1month use...about packaging there was leakage from the bottle it was messy...i didn't return the product as it was a little leakage..little amount of liquid came out.so i let it go...the cap was loose that's why it came out...please take care with the future deliveries

I always buy biotique products,used every face wash papaya,pineapple and neem all suits my skin,very mild and less foam generation makes skin clear and fresh.Thankyou biotique.

I like this facewash and using regular from a long time. But i ordered with amazon and it was quite disappointing in picture it is shown pump bottle whole it is not like thatSecond, packaging was not good i opened the packed and it was leaking inside 😕 as bottle was not sealed also.It should be pacakged well as well as 200 ml bottle should be in pump not simple

I like how foamy and gel type it is. It also removes makeup so it's two in one. It doesn't irritate my normal-oily skin. But it does make my skin little oilier than usual. It's okay-ish product. I don't use it on daily basis. But ok product to use every once in a while.
