I decided to send it back because It would be very hard to build with no plans & directions, I have built 9 ships since starting with this hobby. It is not Amazons fault this was screwed up. I am upset with your return policy. I sent it back 2-3 days afte recieving the model. My question is, my refund should have gone to Cap One as a credit, who said to make a Gift card out of it, I was not notified, If I was it did not stand out on my email. I am out $233.00.Thank you Al Huff
