I was buying 30 these at Grocery Outlet but often they were out of stock. The ingredients were the same so I decided to try them. When I need to make sure I have a good night's sleep, because I am considerably overweight, I take a couple rather than one about 90 minutes before going to bed. They lull me into drowsiness very well and I never ever wake up "stupid". I take them when I need them, they are not addictive, and I wake up refreshed not groggy.

As someone who suffers from major insomnia these sleep aid pills have been a godsend. I've tried other brands but have never slept as good or as long until I tried these. The quantity is a real value. They are small light blue pills that have no flavor or smell. I will definitely be reordering when these run out.

My go-to sleeping aid when I’m not able to fall asleep. It helps me fall asleep fast. However, I do keep waking up during the night. But it does the trick for the most part.

These NightTime Sleeps aids work well,they appear to be safe and non-addictive..I got them for my Momma who has trouble sleeping and they seem to work well; only 1 or half a dose helped her sleep like a baby !

With a 1000 pills this is 500 equivalent doses of the same liquid version. Just the value of savings over the liquid is worth it. Takes a bit longer to be effective, so just take it a little earlier. I'm glad I stumbled upon this. Highly recommend.
