The shoes looks good but I received the wrong size instead of what I ordered

I usually wear size 38 but these 38 are tight and looks like they are size 37 so exchanged it to 38.5 and they were sooo big on my feet they feel like i am wearing size 40 i even tried with insole they fitted ok but still my feet went off the shoes whenever i walk.. I am just so confused what to do.. but they are beautiful and super comfy. But i returned it.

Well the shoes were fabulous BUT the ones that arrived would have fit my brother. It is really the only problem I have had with amazon in 12 years.

Size 8: I am glad I bought these loafers, they look good with me wearing my jeans or my dress slacks. And so ever comfortable.

The shoes are sharp looking but way too tight and I had to send them back.

I have a pair of these in 5UK (I'm a 7.5US) but they are a tad too snug and by the end of the day end up hurting. They don't rub and start off at the beginning of the day feeling super comfortable. Thought I'd get a half size up but did not get sent the size I wanted. I imagine if you can get your perfect size, they're the perfect shoe.
