What are the measurements for the vest at it's largest? Would it fit a 47Inch bust?

I do not have the measurements of the vest but I am a 40C and the new vest is too small for me. The older one was cut larger and fits better.

How long do the packs stay cool in very warm conitions?

You should get 60 - 80 min cooling time. There are 4 extra packs included which can be frozen and stored in the insulated carrier bag, ready to swap out when needed. Doubling the cooling time.
