Having lived with an annoying blocked ear sensation for a few days, thought I would attempt to rectify the situation myself.Long story short, this worked amazingly!I didn’t really use the cork screw style cleaners, but they are super soft and I can see how they would be highly beneficial.*TOTALLY GROSS WARNING*The amount of general wax that the syringing removed was gross, floating around in the sink of water, however the two huge clumps of ear canal shaped dark ear wax that soon followed, was hugely unexpected, slightly shocking but hugely satisfying AND more importantly my troublesome ear/hearing was cured!!All very simple, comfortable and extremely effective. Of course spraying water in your ear is an odd sensation, but not uncomfortable/painful in any way.I should probably add I did use ear drops to soften any wax the day before this arrived.So yer, totally brilliant and I will never use ear buds again to clean my ears as this kit is also designed to maintain them on a regular basis.

I haven't been able to hear for a few weeks, now I can. For me that means "worth it". I did take one star off though as the spiral tool seems a bit pointless.(it seems to do almost nothing, but then most of may wax seems to be "deep down" so there's no surprise there)The syringe took quite a few goes to have an effect, but then my water may not have been warm enough? I also didn't try to "blast" my ear as that seemed unwise. After about 10 squirts stuff started to come out. At one point I spotted a big chunk that had fallen out and rested just above my earlobe, making me wonder if the syringe head ends up blocking things from coming out.I've stopped for now. I can kind of hear (yay!) something shifting/moving if I tilt my head from side to side so I know there's more to come out, but my water is tepid at best. So I will attack it again, with confidence, in about an hour.I will update this again if I come across a problem.

Its difficult to say that it works on everyone, it worked on my partner but not on me. Could be that I am going deaf.

This item did a super job. Just follow the instructions use olive oil drops for a few days. You will be amazed how much wax comes out. It is so easy to use, it is all packed in a nice clear plastic case to store it keeping it clean and sterile. I would recommend this product.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but felt I had too. This kit is useless, the syringe did nothing but cause discomfort and the ear bud thing is too soft, I think it just pushed the wax in further. Don't know where all the good reviews have come from but this did nothing for me. If I could leave zero stars I would, Don't waste your money

Good value for money. After having suffered with a totally blocked ear for around a month, I was keen to find something that would resolve my issue - regular over the counter eardrops were not doing the job.I was disappointed with the Spiral Tool - after reading some positive reviews on here, I was keen to give it a try - it did nothing for me at all, I had also been using Olive Oil to soften any wax, however the spiral tool was unable to remove anything.Despite this - the syringe did the job PERFECTLY - it took about four or five syringes full of warm water to dislodge any wax there - but I am happy to say it got there in the end - after being attacked by a fourth syringe of water, the wax crumbled away - and my hearing was back to normal again. So yeah - top marks for this kit - five stars for the syringe - but not as many for the Spiral Tool - as I say, it did absolutely nothing for me.

the package arrived as stated, the quality and contents were all good. It looked like a good product but was actually useless. would not recommend this item unles earwas was at the entrance of the ear.
