Works great! Assembly was a little tricky, but the chair is just what our office needed!

Original Review: Frustrating. Worked through some poor instructions for about an hour to get the chair together, and then noticed a small (1/2 inch) tear in the arm pad and some scrapes on it. Spent another hour attempting to get a replacement arm pad through Amazon customer service and was told I needed to disassemble the chair, repackage it, send it back, wait, receive new chair, put it back together. Not gonna happen for a $300 product, not worth my time. Update: Changing to 5 Stars for impressive customer service. After posting my review, the company reached out to me and immediately took steps to rectify the situation. I was shipped (rapidly) a replacement armrest directly from the company. Based on this interaction, I would absolutely purchase from this company again.

This is a good chair, stable and solid feeling for phlebotomy. This is NOT a good chair for obese patients, the opening to sit with the cross-arm up is not wide enough. You may want to look at geriatric chairs if that is what you need. I bought 6 of these, highly recommend them. As far as shipping goes 5/6 chairs had some sort of delivery trouble. “Delayed” “arriving later than expected” etc. they will come—eventually.

Solid chair at an affordable price. It was not too hard to ensamble and I loved that it feels very professional. Highly recommended

The screws are hard to align correctly, and the casing you screw into comes detached from the metal. We had to superglue the casings back in place, and the screws still didn't go in all the way. It can function, but it's wobbly, and doesn't feel very high quality. Disappointed since this is used daily in our clinic.

The size is perfect for our lab and this is exactly what we need to do our blood draws.

Quality is lacking but the final straw is the extremely poorly written instructions. Even the pictures are poor. You will have to guess and risk going back to redo earlier steps. I would not buy this product agsin.
