The oil does not heat and the indicator light does not change.

I have bought this product few weeks ago. The oil smells good and very thick. Not much difference after using this and also it didn't harm me. In short it worked like any other hair oil. Now the heater - it reduces your pain to heat up oil on stove. As per below are good and bad qualities of this heater Good 1. It heats up the oil 2. Initially auto cut off functionality didn't work but today it worked. 3. You can heat any other oil Bad 1. Lid is not good. It looks a bit cheap.. Other then this everything is good. So it is a good to have product for your hair care.

Using this product from years and it still working well, I don't take care of it, but it's working fine.

I wanted to buy it for the mint oil heater, for making my hot oil message easier. Though the oil heater is very very small, still it can be used for heating the oil as per your convenient temperature. I used it twice or thrice for my required oil quantity. I wish it was a little big though. The oil is good too, helps nourish hair and relaxing for message. Worth buying.

4 stars for the product and the idea.. Minus 1 star as the warmth of heated oil started to decrease after 2 uses.. Suggestions: It would do good to improve the design of the oil container as it will mean less spillage...

The heater is easy to use. No need to head to the kitchen to get a hot oil massage. I use it regularly. Value for money
