This product brand was recommended by a friend. So far effective for my husband.

Delivered as promised. Bottle is dark glass with metal lid. 3 inches tall. Completely wrapped in plastic to be tamper proof. The pills are tiny. Lots of wasted space in the bottle and no cotton inside bottle to protect pills from crumbling during transit.

Well, if you want a kick in the pants, toss one of these nuggets under your tongue.... or bend over. You make the call. From what I've read, methylcobalamin is the more bioavailable form of vitamin B12. In my opinion it's worth the higher price. It has a natural cherry flavor to mask the vitamin taste.This is a very good product by Solgar, which is one of the best supplements companies.

Flavor is good. It takes quite a while to dissolve under your tongue. Easy to swallow. Small nuggets. It definitely has provided a natural energy boost before a workout & during my regular day. Good for O blood types.

One bottle in my 3 bottle order was broken. As soon as I notified the seller, they sent two replacement bottles by urgent delivery. Great quality product and great customer service, what more can you ask for?

She uses them and found them the cheapest on Amazon so I purchased and took them back to the UK with me over the summer.

This was sold as a three bottle pack with 60 nuggets in each bottle. Dosage is one per day , so the three bottles should last 180 days or 6 months. HOWEVER...the expiration date on all three of the bottles is 9/2023 which is only 4 months from now.
