The best B complex out there. I ran out and forgot to get more. I sat in a conference, wondering why in the world was I so tired and then I remembered that I had forgotten to get more B complex that definitely makes me feel much better. It is very easy to swallow and to take. I don’t ever end up with an upset stomach, and my body accepts the vitamin itself. I know when I don’t take it.

The folate is from methyl as is the b12. And this is a very good product all the way around that will give you 50 mg of a b complex. Good quality. Price is pretty good too

I have purchased these in many health food places at three times the cost. It’s nice to find a reasonably priced.
