This update is not about the specific product, but the CUSTOMER SERVICE experience, given that this is a part of the overall purchasing experience.So, the product came with a lifetime warranty if you activate it on the Miserwe website and you will also get to choose one FREE gift. Within 14 days of buying the product, went on the website, created an account, signed up for the lifetime warranty, selected the FREE gift (a $20.00 Amazon Gift Card) and also did a separate review in addition to the one I posted on the Amazon site. Its September 2021. Still haven't received the FREE gift! No contact from the company regarding the status. NOTHING! At this point, a customer could come to the conclusion that the only reason the "ONE FREE GIFT" was offered is to get a "FAVORABLE" review in order to one-up its competitors selling a similar product, with no intention of ever sending the customer a "FREE GIFT". Looks like time is telling the story!**ORIGINAL REVIEW**I bought this product to help get rid of the blackheads in the area of my nose. It was too hard for me to access the crevices. This product accomplished the task. I love the slim fit and the sleek aesthetic. I also like the ability to use the USB charger.

I bought this solely for the pore extraction setting, and as long as you know how to use it, it works wonders. Just go to YouTube and search for a video. My pores fill up super fast, I’ve always had this issue and I do my best to always say on top of it, but through the years I have tried sooooooo many products and tools and aside from a good skincare routine nothing else has worked as well as using my hands—which I know, you’re “not supposed to do” but it works and I’m clean about it. But THIS tool—game changer, took the gunk clean out of my whole face—my forehead hasn’t been this clean since I got a facial two years ago! (who can afford that anymore? Not this homie but I still want nice skin, ok?)Get it, but again, make sure you use it correctly, and have a proper skin care routine.

Ummmmm anyone actually read the “instructions” for this thing? “3th” and “4rd” have to be my favorites. I still really have no idea how to use this thing or what the two rubber pieces are for. I guess I will watch a YouTube.

I went looking for one of these to use along with my oil cleanser after seeing a YouTuber doing the same. It seemed like a good idea at the time.Anyway, I went with this one because of the lightning deal—figured I had nothing to lose.Apparently I was wrong—because I lost SO MUCH SLEEP to this thing. Idk what is wrong with it, but I swear it has a mind of its own!When I initially opened the box, I left it to charge for a few hours until I was ready to start my skincare routine that night. Turned it on. Tried out a few settings. Everything was fine. I wasn’t exactly convinced that it was making my oil cleanser any more effective than I already was, and be beep while changing settings was annoyingly loud for someone with small kids—but it seemed to work fine for what it was. Finished washing my face so turned off the tool. Cleaned the cleanser off the tip and put it away in the drawer. By the time I’m done rinsing my face, I hear the loud beep followed by my drawer vibrating with this thing inside.Of course my reaction was …wtf? I open the drawer, turn it off, continue getting ready for bed. By the time I turn the light off, it has turned on by itself AGAIN and is once again vibrating in the drawer. I turned it off but this time waited to see if it would turn itself back on. It did. Again and again. And again. I finally figured out that it wouldn’t turn itself on if it was plugged into the wall charging, so I left it to charge overnight so I could deal with it in the morning. Only, about an hour later, the loud beep sounds again and it’s back on vibrating on the counter. Obviously this wakes me up. I kept trying different tricks to keep it from happening until finally giving up and wrapping it in several towels (to muffle the sound) and putting the whole wad into my car overnight so I could get some sleep.Needless to say, I will be returning this item. I’ve only given it a second star because it STILL hasn’t run out of batteries and I guess that’s impressive somehow? I feel bad for the unsuspecting UPS workers that I’m about to drop this thing off with.

Works good! i try to use it a couple times a week. My son loves it lol we shade it so I have to sanitize it . I have small black heads so I think if I had bigger ones it would work better. :)

I can't believe the stuff that came off my skin while using this. It removes deep down makeup that my face cleaner alone was leaving. I could tell a difference with my very first use. It's very easy to use and comes with two silicone scrubbers that are gentle on your skin and helps to exfoliate your skin before using the lifter to deep clean. This is a great value for the money and does an amazing job of deep cleansing my skin.

What an amazing little device !! Affordable luxury is what I Call it! Extremely easy to use ! I’m hitting my 40s, starting to notice the skin around my eyes sagging, I’ve been using it for about 6 weeks and I’m noticing a significant difference!this device has became my new best friend !does a great job deep cleaning my pores as well, it’s satisfying to use!Easy to use, easy to clean, easy to maneuver , compact and lightweight, Great for storing while not in use.Also came beautifully boxed so would make for a great gift..recommended!
