Steve Jackson Games - Munchkin: Rick and Morty - Board Game

My kids are all teenagers 14 and up and I really don't see any content that I consider only 17+ as indicated on the box. I can really only recall one curse word on one card as I type this and it isn't what I would call overly explicit. There are lots of illustrations but they are cartoonish if at all gory. When reading the descriptions on the card accompanied by the cartoonish illustrations they really seem quite tame to me though I am sure some would disagree. The game itself follows two things. The first the Rick & Morty cartoon on Adult Swim. I personally had never watched an episode before playing this game though I had heard of it. I am sure it is as outlandish as the game (which isn't a bad thing). The second thing this is based upon is the Munchkin game franchise by Steve Jackson games and basically follows the same rules as all of the other games in the Munchkin franchise. I view the entire franchise as a sort of game universe. Many of the card decks for the other games in this universe can be used as add-ons for this game and vice versa. You need at least 3 people and no more than 6 to play. A game can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour in our experience but durations will vary some depending on how many players. The rules can be a bit cumbersome at first if you have never played before but they get much easier the more you play. We found that you can only read the directions so many times before you just need to sit down and play. I promise you will figure it out. If you miss a rule or two while learning it really is no big deal and you will still have fun.

Yo soy fan del Munchkin, ya tengo 3 temáticas y esta es mi cuarta y esta bastante divertida ver todo con Rick and Morty, hace en cierta forma como una semi nueva experiencia el jugar el Munchkin igual pero diferente.

A 35€, la qualité du matériel n'est pas top, le meilleur produit est le livret de règle... Attendez vous vraiment a recevoir une boîte abîmée comme indiqué dans les autres commentaires. Côté positif, le jeu est fun et les artworks sont jolis

Better than the original Munchkin in my opinion. Not as good as Adventure Time Munchkin but I don't think the adventure time one can be bought easily anywhere so if you like Rick & Morty this is definitely the version to buy!
