I actually recommend this. It's really made my hair grow and I didn't think it would. I thought it was worth a gamble for that amount and it's really paid off. Nice on the skin too - not sure if it's going much on the face, but I don't have a lot of wrinkles so maybe if I had more it would show more, but it does feel relaxing. Only downfall is the smell which is normal.

The mushroom wand didn't work when it arrived. No way to contact the seller. Only option is returning the item to amazon....

The hair jet function failed to work from the beginning. Since I never used it, I chose not to return the product. However, after six months of minimal usage, it completely ceased to function. While I can turn it on, there is no energy output from the jets.
